I contacted Matt last minute for my townhome inspection and he was very quick to reply and accommodate my request. He was very thorough and walked me through the whole inspection (which took a little over 2 hours) and answered every single questions I had and gave me some suggestions as well. I am an agent and have worked with a few inspectors, but none of them were as thorough as Matt. I HIGHLY recommend him & will definitely be using him for all future inspections.

Hi all! Matt is EXCELLENT!!!! Matt meticulously walked through 3,740 sf of a home I'm looking to buy as well as the garage and roof and fine tooth inspected the house for us. Matt was VERY THOROUGH! I was left with nothing but confidence after the inspection. My husband and I were well educated on the heating units in the home, what we could expect, when we could expect things to go bad.
