They were very good. The quality was very good. They were out here very quickly. I think everything was very good. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I had to I would use them again.

Had a few pesky field mice in a rental property and the Armn's personnel were very professional, from the owner to the field reps. They explained exactly what they were going to do to eliminate the problem - And did it! Follow up was performed 2-3 weeks as promised. We as well as our tenants were extremely satisfied. Would hire them again without hesitation!

Very well. Enjoyed talking with Tim about the problems and found his suggestions very helpful. He suggested ways to prevent them from entering the kitchen and garage and in trapping or eliminating them if they do enter

Company came out within 4 hrs of calling. Techs were very polite and knew what they were doing. Haven't seen a bee/wasp!

Excellent service. Would use again! Called Al, the owner, in the morning - his team was at my house right after lunch as they said they would be. Professional, courteous and thorough! The team explained what they were going to do, and after their work was done they explained to me what they did, and gave me my instructions as to when I could go back on the porch and some specifics about hosing down the hose reel case. They answered all my questions satisfactorily. This was a fast and painless experience, and I will recommend Armns to my neighbors!

From first to last contact, this company's employees treated us with respect and courtesy. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors and would not hesitate to call them to our home again (although given the nature of the service, I really hope I never have to).

After initial call to Armns, two technicians came out right away! They were very friendly and began set-up immediately for target area and to determine the type of pest. We required four paid visits. Each was followed by a visit free of charge approximately 5 days later to check traps and remove pest. Paid visits included set-up, re-baiting and re-filling traps, as well adjusting type and number of traps based upon rodent type. Technicians were friendly and courteous, showed up right when they said they would come, and worked hard to remove the disturbing and destructive pests, even when it temperatures were bitter cold. They did everything they could to the best of their ability. Our particular situation required the involvement of another party, which Armns recommended. Together, they worked hard to ensure a successful resolution! The owner of Armns checked in during the service, as well as after the service was completed to make sure everything had been handled to our satisfaction. We were very pleased...Thank You!

ARMNS, Tim and Dorin arrived to do an inspection for feces in attic. They took a quick look. They said I had an infestation of mice. I explained I had traps and Decon out for 5 years and had not caught or seen one single mouse. They insisted it was mice. I said surely one would have eaten some Decon or nibbled peanut butter on the trap. They said the mice were probably bringing in their own food. Seriously, mice living on takeout for five years. They insisted it was mice and they wanted to set out bait immediately for $95.00. I said I did not want to spend the money since we have seen any dead mine the entire 10 years I have lived here. I asked how I would know when the mice were gone after ARMNS treatment. They said I would not know. They said there would be no dead mice to find as the mice would eat their poison and go outside to die. I suggested other sources infestation including Bats. They said emphatically that I did not have a Bat infestation several times. I was being rushed to accept their proposal and they would do the work immediately. I automatically say no when I feel pressure or a rush. They gave me a quote and left. Subsequently I had two other inspections by exterminators that are top rated on Angie's List. I did not tell any firm what the ARMNS diagnosis was. Both firms did a thorough inspection of the house and identified the infestation as bats. The examined the feces and noted it was Bat feces which is completely different from mouse feces and showed me why. They explained that exclusion was needed and recommended this be started in early spring. Both firms said I did not have mice. I would be happy to furnish the other Exterminators company name. They deserve the top rating. ARMNS analysis was wrong, their solution was wrong; they pressured me to do the treatment immediately. It would have been a complete waste of money. I have ARMNS proposal in writing with Tim and Dorin's names on it. The invoice number is 19965 and is dated 12/1/14.

Darin the technician was wonderful. Prompt, knowledgeable and nice. He took his time and really made sure that he did everything properly. I would highly recommend Armns to anyone.

Service was great, price was great. Al (the exterminator) came out when promised and was prompt. He inspected the area, looking for signs of other infestations. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

We were aware we had wasps in the attic but were not too concerned until one day in mid-August. We noticed we were able to hear activity in the ceiling of a bedroom. We poked around a bit and found a soft spot in the drywall. We had scraped popcorn ceiling and painted in the spring and there were no soft spots then so these wasps were definitlely doing some damage.I did a search on Angie's List, found Armns and gave them a call. They showed up 2 hours later. The techs were knowledgeable and professional. Now, a week later we are wasp free.

Great service! They were able to come out first a.m. the next day as I requested. I had literally hundreds of wasps coming in and out of 2 holes they had chewed in the wood trim on my patio wall to get inside. I had tried to treat myself with spray...even used the vacumn to suck as many out as possible but they wouldn't go away. Darin, the person sent to do the job, sprayed a dust in the holes and said they should be gone within 2 days. They all seem to be gone the very next day, I have not seen 1 wasp!!! Many Thanks!

They were very knowledgeable and have been great at getting rid of the mice in the basement. They are very friendly and inform you of where they are coming in and how to resolve the issue for prevention.

He came, saw the problem. Gave us a detailed explanation and then sprayed the area. Problem solved. Kind, courteous and I will use no other service. They are the best.

I called for an estimate to have wasps removed from our home, barn, and shed. They arrived on time on the date we agreed upon. They introduced themselves and we walked our property. They listened to my concerns and gave suggestions and alternatives. We have chickens and we needed to be sure that certain areas were not affected by the chemical spraying. They gave me a fair quote and we agreed upon a day to complete the work. On the day the work was scheduled it was raining and they called promptly in the morning to reschedule, which I appreciated. On the day the work was completed, they were on time and completed the job to a quality level that I was very satisfied with. I would use Armns again. I was very happy with the professionalism and the work that got completed.

I called and the company was able to come out within 3 hours. They came out found the problem and stayed until they were sure that they got all of the yellow jackets. The man and woman that came out were very nice and courteous. They explained that it will be 2 days before all of the yellow jackets are gone...but if we see them after that time...to call and they would come back.
