The person I worked with directly, Benito, was excellent, however the finance department at ADHI engages in sketchy business practices. ADHI tried collecting for the finished project before the project was completed, even threatening to send me collections despite my explanation that the work wasn't done. Their position was that I should pay them when funds were disbursed from the insurance company, even though they hadn't finished the project. I refused to pay them anything other than the initial payment agreed upon to start work until they finished. In response they sent bills indicating past due amounts and a letter threatening to send me to collections for past due debt. It took six weeks for them to finish the project and I paid the remaining bill within DAYs of the project actually being finished. Don't use these guys. Their business practices are sketchy.

I checked the roof and they did a great job. They did the best cleanup job I have ever seen. The job of tear off and re-roofing was done in one day. The people who handled the claim where there when I had a question. I would use the company again.

Worst possible experience. Please beware! The house is small one story. They said it would be all covered by insurance so I went ahead everything sounded perfect. Then, I was informed it would only be $450.00 out of my pocket so I thought ok not bad. Later they came back and said it would actually be $3,696.49, at this point I had no choice but to pay. In the end I paid $4,105.77. My insurance paid $22,311.51 and has now increased. Please whatever you do don’t give this company your business or time they will only try to scam you.

[Member Name Removed], we certainly are sorry to hear that you feel this way about our company, but there seem to be a few misconceptions in your review that need to be cleared up. In regards to the work you had done, you contracted our company to perform a complete replacement of your roof and siding on your home and your detached garage, and we also replaced the gutters on the home, which is a very large scope of work that you were correctly billed for. In regards to your out of pocket costs, you were charged $450 out of pocket for items that were not covered by your insurance company, which is not something that we have control over. You also chose to have decking replaced on your home, which is a costly replacement procedure. From the beginning of our process we explained what the potential cost of the decking replacement would be, and you agreed to that out of pocket cost to have that work done. To help with these costs, and with the total cost of all the work, ADHI provided you with over $2200 in credits to your account balance, which included discounting the decking replacement by 50% of what it should have actually cost. The amounts of $3696.49 and $4105.77 that you listed in your review were not your out of pocket costs for that work. The decking replacement came in at $1200, and the amount of $4105.77 was the final balance due on your account which included insurance funds that you were withholding from our company. Those funds were paid to you to cover the costs of the work that we performed on your home. Per the notes in this account, it appears that our customer service department explained this information on many different occasions throughout the billing process. Again, we are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with ADHI, but our company did everything in our power to assist you whenever we could, and our crews performed high quality work on your home.
