Description of Work: Annual AC Inspection and cleaning. Have been a customer of ALTHOFF for a number of years and they continue to provide excellent service. Also use them for a required RPZ Valve inspection for underground sprinklers. I changed over to ALTHOFF for plumbing needs also after two bad experiences with previous service provider.

Description of Work: Installed new April Air humidifier on furnace. Added another outlet for humidifier. Added new copper water line to unit. Installed PVC drain piping from unit. Very professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, reliable, on time and clean! I will not use anyone else. The best!

+ -1 moreI have been using them for three or four years now and I am extremely satisfied with them. I have a contract with them and they come out twice a year. I have never had any problems with them and they always come on time when I call them. They are very competent, very friendly and their prices are reasonable. They clean up after themselves. The people that come out and the people that answer the call are very courteous. I have had a positive experience with them and I will grade them high on all categories.
Description of Work: Althoff Industries Inc come out twice a year to do my heating and air conditioning. Their last visit was in June.

+ -1 moreThey were very reasonable and did a good job. They were here within an hour. We have been using them for about 10 years for heating and air conditioning as well as plumbing and electrical works. They also sell extended warranty and it is not like a 5 year contract where you are stuck. We have been happy with them and have been renewing it every year. We never have any problems with their technicians. We would continue to use them in the future.

+ -1 moreAlthoff did a fine job on installation, but they charged $70 just to walk in the door, and said they could not guarantee the work because they did not supply the part.
Description of Work: I needed someone to install a part to fix my water heater - the pilot light kept going out. The part was supplied by the manufacturer, as the tank was still under warranty. Labor was not covered.

+ 0 moreIf ever I have a problem, they come out free of charge to service units. This last visit was a regular checkup and I always ask for Mat. He is always right on the nose on time, always meticulous and clean. He does a great job at keeping things running around here with little interruption.
Description of Work: Althoff comes out two times a year to check over our heating and air conditioning, hot water heater and air cleaner. We pay an annual Gold contract with Althoff and that covers getting regular checkups and cleaning done.

+ -1 moreThe furnace pilot light wouldn't stay lit for the furnace. Bryan showed up about 1 1/2 hours after I placed the call (great customer service), diagnosed the problem, and gave me a quote for repair. I agreed to the quote and Bryan had the necessary parts in his van. He fixed the problem with the furnace. I also requested a quote on adding a water heater and I consulted him in regards to an electrical question I had.
Description of Work: I requested service for my furnace, which was not functioning properly. The company sent a technician out within 2 hours of my call. Technician, Bryan completed a diagnostic check of the furnace and completed the necessary repairs. Bryan also gave me estimates for additional work.

+ -1 moreTHE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THE ELECTRICIAN CAME ON TIME AND INSTALLED THE CANS WITH A MINIMUM OF HOLES IN THE CEILING. DRYWALL REPAIR WORK AND CAN INSTALLATION WERE EASY TO ACCOMPLISH FOLLOWING THE INSTALL. THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT OVERALL, I THINK THEY ARE WORTH IT.
