Description of Work: Had roof, soffit and fascia replaced. Very happy with the products and crews. There were a few weather delays along the way and Rick was great with giving us updates.

Description of Work: Albers called us to talk about replacing our cedar shake roof. Although the representative was polite and professional, he continued to talk about getting our insurance company to pay for a large part of the cost by claiming "hail damage". Perhaps this is legal, but I do not feel it is ethical. I mentioned my concerns, but the representative kept pushing the idea. That was the main reason we did not do business.

Description of Work: They were superb in helping us through the process of getting our roof replaced after hail damage. Cyril Hart was particularly knowledgeable and adept at working with the insurance company and its adjusters. We are extremely satisfied with thus company and their products.

Description of Work: Replaced roof due to hail damage. Was a very easy process. Danny met with insurance adjuster and the 2 of them took care of everything. Only thing I had to do was pick out the color. They completed the work on time and used better materials then the ones they replaced. Good company. I would use them again.
