The COVID-19 lockdown forced me to figure a way of using my cooking skills to make a living. I opened a YouTube channel and hired Perfect Choice to bring the kitchen up to standard. I am happy to say that they did it very well, and the kitchen is now one of my key selling points in all my videos.

With Perfect Choice, it’ easy to plan for home upgrade projects. They give entirely accurate estimates, and their financing plans are very flexible.

My wall sidings were falling apart, and it was mainly due to the poor workmanship of the company that installed them earlier. Perfect Choice redid the work and I love it. They do it for client satisfaction, not just for the money.

The acrylic surfaces that they use for bathroom upgrades are the best thing to happen to me in a long while. I hate bathroom wall chippings, but since I engaged them, I haven’t experienced this problem.

The most exciting aspect to their bathroom works is that they have a variety of designs to choose from. I was able to select a design that has given my bathroom a completely different look.

They are very keen on details. When working on my bathroom, the installers could capture aspects to the bathroom that I would have easily missed out.

The bathroom upgrade was done to my specifications. They used high-quality materials, and the job was done pretty fast. It was a fantastic service overall.

This is the company that painted my walls, and they pulled it off with perfection. I had no idea what colors to go for, but from their color variety, I was able to get a good one for my house.

We hired them to repair our Water line. Excellent.

All of the work has been good and done in a timely fashion. There was a miscommunication with my phone number on the last windows, but was resolved quickly.

This company used a subcontractor to complete my roof, the derecho came the same day they tore the roof off.... it literally rained inside my house. Almost every ceiling has damage, new couch has damage, insulation, drywall, everything damaged! Perfect choice assured me they would take care of it and they have insurance. After not hearing from them for weeks, I had to call and they said I had to file a claim with my insurance to go after the subcontractor. GUESS WHAT.... I hired Perfect Choice, not the subcontractor. I told them I found this unacceptable and they do not care. Filed a claim with my insurance to go after perfect choice. Stay away.

AVOID! AVOID! The Salesman that came out was so pushy and did not even give me a quote on paper and said I was wasting his time! Really?? I said "you guys keep calling me wanting a quote" he said tell them no, so that I won't waste his time. REALLY? How about QUITE CALLING ME THEN!! Awful people to do business with. STAY AWAY! absolutely fantastic. everything about this company was great, the people, there work, and there prices! I paid 10,900 for the whole project which to me was a fantastic price for all the work I had done!

Would never use this company again. Gutters leak and run into soffit. All the gutter seams leak. Gutters installed too low. Down spouts installed backwards, the pipe coming down is on the outside of the pipe coming up, causing water to spurt at down spout seams. Facia bend extends beyond shingle edge in places, causing water flow behind the gutters and into the soffits. This winter our house looked real pretty with icicles hanging from all the seams. The owners Angie and Lee Triplett will not return calls to address issues directly. They refuse to authorize the proper repair. They were okay-I just had a disagreement with the gutter covers that they put on though we have not discussed it yet. I thought I was getting gutter helmets but I did not get gutter helmets. They were very quick. They came when they said they were coming.

We had a roof replaced late in the fall of 2014, and had a horrible experience, first, with the roofing team putting the roof on our house, then with the service team after it was reported to be done incompetently. The roofing team was late every day, left nails and debris all over our yard, and when I called to complain, the roofing foreman came to the door the next night after they were done for the day, and promised the job would be complete the next morning and everything would be cleaned up. He said he had to fire a couple of guys and he was sorry about the problem. I give him credit for coming to the door to explain- but that is it. He did not keep his word on anything, did not show up until at least 11am every day. It took an additional 2 days to complete the work, nails were all over the yard, and then left the dumpster in our driveway for one full week after the job was complete. When the dumpster was removed, nails and debris, left under the dumpster, were left in our driveway. They also left their sign in our yard. Fast forward three months, our family was relocated for work outside of the state, and we were selling our house. The house sold in one week, but after the inspection came back, the buyers declined the purchase because the ?structural damage caused by the inept work on the roof?. We called Perfect Choice Exteriors to follow up and check the roof for any structural damage which was reported. The same foreman who completed the roof the first time, said the roof was fine ?just a few shingles blown off? the roof?. We asked for a tarp to be put over the area. They indicated it was not necessary, but after my insistence, put a tarp on the roof. We called for and paid for an independent inspection to be done. The independent inspector said the shingles were put on in too cold of weather and nails had gone right through the shingles, the work was done too quickly and there were ?holes in step flashing, missing step flashing and nails exposed without any kind of sealant. The pipe boot also is damaged.? We called the city inspector to come out to do an inspection and, apparently, Perfect Choice Exteriors had never applied for a permit in the city to do the work. We are now in daily contact with the Perfect Choice Exteriors team, who are being extraordinarily disrespectful and unprofessional. When my husband called this morning to check that this process was moving forward, and asked Dean, the contact with whom we are working, to make sure they would be checking the entire roof, look over the ridgelines, around pipes, etc., Dean?s response was ?do you think I am dumb not to inspect it all??. The fact is we are questioning everything they are doing because nothing, thus far, has been completed properly or within the roofing guidelines standard of practice in the state of Illinois. A former colleague, who is an insurance property adjuster will do the final inspection to ensure the work is done to standard of practice guidelines. We lost the sale of our home in Illinois because of this issue and have had to pay for two additional inspections to correct the mistakes of Perfect Choice Exteriors. We lose money every day our house is not on the market waiting for the roof to be repaired correctly and to roofing standard of practice guidelines. Needless to say we are filing this report to make sure this experience does not ever happen to anyone else.

When I called them, they showed up. They cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a quote. They told me when they're gonna be there. There wasn't a lot of contact. They told us what we should do. They showed up on time.

We chose another company. His manager called about a week later and offered to cut another $1000 from the quote. We just didn't feel good about the company to try them, even for $2000 less.

Putting on the new roof (a better word for it would be slapping it on) was a total nightmare. Did not keep promises, did not start the work as promised (started several months after promised date after many phone calls). Did not return calls half of the time. When they finally came over, it was on a day they were expecting severe storms and I refused to let them start tearing off the old roof after being told they would not be able to finish it all in one day plus they could not work on it all day because it was over 100F. I was on the phone with the owner, telling him I was not going to have them start considering the weather forecast and he started yelling. When I came home from work later that day, I noticed they had returned and put all the shingles on top of my roof. They sat there for several days for no reason at all. Had to call the container company to pick up the container with old roofing material that had been sitting here for weeks after they finished the job. Four years later my roof is leaking like crazy and needless to say no one is returning my calls. They used to be in St. Charles MO and in IL.
