General Heating & Cooling

I have a old ac like 25 years old. The ac went out on me like Sunday. I call the company General Heating & Cooling services. I talk to Dan and told him my ac is not working and it is freezing up from the pipe. Dan quote me a price of $158.00 asked him to come on over the next day. Dan call me at 9:00 a.m. to let me know that he was having truck trouble and it would be a few hours before he can make it to my place. Dan also said that I can get hold of someone else. I told Dan I can wait. Dan called me and to let me know that the truck is fix and on his way to my home. I am very happy with the service and the price remain the same too. I will call if i need him for any service again.

Workmanship was A+ and very fair price. Second time using General Heating and Cooling, last summer put hard starter kit on A/C and did a great job.Will not call anybody else !!

Central air unit would not start just hum !! On a 90 degree day and 90 percent humidity on a Friday afternoon. Phoned General and they were out within 2 hours. During this time the sentence " could be a bad compressor" came up and I though "Big Bucks" . After about an hour or so the unit was up and running. Keep in mind this unit is about 12 to 13 years old. Dan the service tech explained that there was a contact that fried and and a bad wire to the compressor. I found them to be very honest and professional as well as showing me the contact that was clearly fired. Very happy with their service and pricing and will use them again for my heating and cooling needs
