+ -1 moreThey did a good job, and they were supposed to come back and do something, but I haven't heard from them. They did a good job. My only dislike is that they were going to do a follow up but they did not. I was happy.

+ -1 moreI spoke with representative from this company who happened to be at my neighbor's house doing some work. I showed him exactly what I needed done, and he told me 'no problem' and took my contact information and told me someone would be in touch soon. I never heard from them again - I was willing to hire them without getting any other quotes purely out of convenience since I had seen their name on Angies List with good ratings. I was always suspicious of this company given their name and their homebase. My suspicions were confirmed. I must add that this is the third time I've had a bad experience using a company that has overall good marks on Angies List so always keep this in mind!

+ -1 moreThey never showed up or called to say they were not coming! We had family plans for this day but cancelled them when they assured us they would stop by. We thought they would call us to apologize for not showing up and reschedule the appointment. We still have not heard from them! Very unprofessional. If they cannot keep appointments for estimates, makes me wonder if they would have shown up to do the work!!! We will look elsewhere for new gutters!!
Description of Work: We called to try to obtain an estimate for repairs on our home. They assured us that they would be able to stop by our home shortly on a Sunday Afternoon. After about an hour, they called & said they had to go out on another estimate but assured me that they would be by in appx 2 hours.

+ -1 moreWe are extremely pleased with the work performed on our home. My husband is a carpenter, so we are very picky and skeptical when hiring outside contractors. We went on the recommendation of a neighbor, and couldn't be happier. The crew came out on an extremely hot summer day and had the job finished that same day. They arrived when they said they would, they did the job they said they would, and they completed it when they said they would. Well Hung was extremely easy to work with, and we would not only recommend them to others, but will also use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We had new gutters installed and some soffits and new fascia, as well. My husband had done part of the job himself, prior to us hiring the company to finish up the work, and they had no problem with this. Well Hung also used a new fascia machine they had just gotten to do an intricately detailed fascia moulding for the front of our 86 year old home, that kept with its original character, but in a maintenance free manner. We were very pleased they offered this to us and are thrilled with the results. Well Hung also recommended we install commerical sized downspouts with the gutters, due to large trees surrounding our home. We are extremely pleased with them, as we haven't had a clogged downspout yet. Additionally, they worked with us relocating the placement of the downspouts to avoid previous problems with pooling of water in our driveway, which was leading to some small flooding in our basement. We no longer get tons of pooling of water in the driveway, unless there is an extreme amount of rain. We also haven't had anywhere near the amount of water seepage as we used to get in the basement.

Description of Work: We had Well Hung Gutters remove and replace our gutters, soffit, facia and trim, plus install a leaf guard system recommended by the owner, Kenny. The job was completed quickly, the workmanship was neat and they did a great job cleaning up. The crew answered any questions we had after the installation, and we found Dawn in the office very helpful as well.The leaf guards have worked very well for both maple keys in the spring and leaves in the fall... my husband has not been on the ladder since the install! The house looked so nice after the work was completed. The crew made several suggestions about the trim that we took advantage of, and were very pleased with the results. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

+ 0 moreThe roof and gutters needed to be replaced after a hail storm in June. The roofer completed the roof, but due to other commitments just couldn't coordinate installing the new gutters and downspouts. He contacted Kenny Irwin from Well Hung Gutters, Inc. to come out and finish the job. Kenny came out with another employee, and between the two of them, 2 seamless gutters and 3 downspouts were installed in about 2 1/2 hours. Kenny was very knowledgeable, and explained why the original plan of where to put a 4th downspout wouldn't work. Kenny was extremely easy to work with.
Description of Work: Installed new gutters and downspouts on two sides of my house.
