Great did a great job and it cleaned up what little mess that was created.

They routed my main sewer and then about a week later came back and routed my kitchen sink. They offered a senior citizen discount and is really a terrific company. I can't say enough about them; the quality of their work is exceptional. They are wonderful, professional and on time. They clean up after themselves and are clean when they come. I am going to tell everybody I know about them.

It went very well he came in checked the problem went back out got his tools and started work he had me run water in my kitchen that was directly over basement to make sure what lines were hooked together then cut water off he found it was connected to bathroom down stairs then he cleaned out everything in a reasonable time and did not make a mess left my laundry room clean. he acted in vary professional manor

I am quite happy with their work. They have not finished but I think that their work is good. I mean, I cannot see it. They were the only provider of the service in the area so I went with them. Well, maybe there was another guy but my options were quite limited. They seem on top of their game and they are fine. Their price is expensive.

Everything went fine. The technician arrived on time, covered floor area, did his work and finished up and cleaned up the floor area. Good work. The work was performed at 88 E. 155th St. Harvey, IL. I am not positive of the exact day, but it was in Sept. of 2010.

My ejector pump went out, and I had water in the basement. I called, and they had a guy at the house within an hour or so. Great service, reasonable price. Highly recommended!

It went just fine. They did what they said they would do and they did it well. I would certainly use them again as well as reccommend them to others.

Called and was assured by woman on phone I would get a call within 1/2 hour. Never received a return call. Had no water because line was backed up so called another provider. They were here the next morning. Will not call this company again, even though they are local and in my community.

Upon finding water in the basement, I called Reid Pederson. The woman that answered was very professional, and set up an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time (actually, I received a phone call about 15 minuted early stating that he was on his way, which was great.) He rooted the drain and informed me what the problem was. While he had to repair his machine, which slipped a belt, the job was done in a timely fashion to my satisfaction. Drains run great again.

Took 3 visits to complete the work, but all ended well.

They were very courteous. They came in and did the work. They finished promptly. They were great to work with.

They were very good. They were prompt because they said they would be there at 8:00 and were even a little early. The gentleman was very informative and he was quick. He was very professional and used bootees. He was also very courteous and nice.

Very positive, would use them again; already scheduled for next year.

I rented a sewer cleaning system to clean roots out of our sewer line, as I had done successfully 3 times before. Hower, this time the cleaning snake got stuck. This was Saturday evening. I picked a company out of the Yellow pages, but wasn't completely happy with what they said. Sunday morning I joined Angies list and contacted a contractor they listed in my area. I was much happier with what they said. They arrived Monday morning and tried to get my snake out, but couldn't. They put in their radio transmitter and marked our lawn to show exactly where our sewer line ran. They managed to tuck the 1 foot of my snake that was protruding in and cap the pipe so sewage wouldn't come into our basement. They then got a permit from the Village to dig up some of the sewer pipe and got "Julie" to mark underground pipes and cables. Tuesday, they put down plywood to protect our lawn and dug up a section of our sewer pipe. This allowed them to get out the snake I got stuck and then clear out our entire sewer line. One section of pipe was filled with a solid mass of roots that looked like a 6 inch diameter tree trunk. They then installed a pipe to the surface to facilitate future cleanings and back filled the trench. Our lawn around the trench is in great shape because they protected it. We are now following their directions to make holes down into the trench and add water to settle the dirt down. I am so glad I joined Angies list and am very pleased with this contractor. They rescued $480 worth of sewer snake I had rented. They carefully dug near our sidewalk, avoiding $800 to $1600 to replace1 or 2 sidewalk squares.They pulled out a solid mass of roots that I could never have gotten through. I was impressed with their equipment, it was much better than what I had rented. They stayed with it and let us get back to using our toilets quickly. I plan use this contractor in the future for the recommended yearly cleaning of our sewer line. Their price for that is reasonable.

This problem occurred on a Saturday morning. Sewage was backing up from the building into the lawn area. I looked on Angie's list and called a few companies. Reid & Pederson had the lowest price and was on the scene within an hour. They rodded the main sewer from the clean out on the side of the building 90 feet to the street. It was stopped up with grease, hair, and paper products. The service technician was professional and explained the problem in layman's terms. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them highly.

They told us it was fixed the1st time but was not. We ended up with raw sewage in our front yard. They came the day after we notified the landlord and excavated and laid new pipe. They were very hard workers in high heat. They cleaned up best they could afterward.

. I called them three or four times for the estimate. They gave no reason for not giving the estimate. They were referred by Will County and they were to call the County but they would not tell me. They never responded. I don’t know why they did not give me an estimate. I waited a long time and put off doing it waiting for an estimate. Though they did not charge me for coming out here I will not consider them for a quote in the future.

Mr. Reid was on time from estimate to finish. They explained what they would do and how it was better than alternating methods. They cleaned up after the job was completed.

The plumbers were on time and very professional. It was raining when they arrived and they took care not to bring dirt into my house by using covers on their work boots.

The same kitchen drain was rodded out in 08/2010 by the same company. The tech sent out on this job stated the previous tech did not rod far enough. Drain flows properly now.

The outside and inside sewer lines, floor drain and bath tub drain were very clogged. They did excellent job, clean up, answered all questions, very professional. Price fair - they did a lot of work. Will use again.
