Not goo at all

Lisa returned my phone call the same day. I told her I had seen her company on Angie's list, and that I knew they serviced Park Forest where my rental property is located. She understood my concerns since I live more than 30 miles from this rental. She went out to the property on her own and called back that same day to tell me she agreed with my assessment. I was at the property again 2 days after they had been there. The trimming and clean up were not perfect, but for the convenience and peace of mind I receive, I am quite happy with the service.

I received their information through Angie's list. She was great. She has good communication. She always calls back. The price was okay. I would definitely rate her very high. She came out when she said she would. They went above and beyond. We have a huge yard so I know $360 might sound like a lot, but we had about 48 beds of leaves and debris. To me, $360 is well worth it because I have two young children and that would have been me and my husband outside doing that. She charged what she said she was going to charge. I really think that what she estimated as far as time and amount was right on and that was what I needed from her. She actually came on a day when I was home, and I was able to be sort of be with her and guide her through what we were looking for instead on of what was most convenient to her and her employees. We had our quote for weekly lawn maintenance and that was a little bit more than other quotes we have received.

Lisa and her team are fantastic to work with! They have helped with my yard care since about 2010. They always do a great job and clean up any yard waste. When I have a special request, they would honor it. In addition, communication with Lisa is always easy and professional. I'm very grateful for the nice work they do!

Lisa and her team are extremely professional. They provide service in Park Forest on Wednesdays. The team always arrives early on the day of the cut. My mom has a large corner lot, so in the past, it has generally taken more than a few hours to get her lawn in shape. There are about 3 or 4 members of the team who actually do the work. While one cuts one area of the lawn another edges. They work quickly and efficiently and always clean up after every job. We have received numerous compliments on how the yard looks. Lisa and her team does great work. This is the first year that we have used them and we will use them again next year.

They are very neat, they don't leave any clippings. They are on time and there is always a follow up call to see if it is to my satisfaction. They provide great service, very even cut and my lawn looks good.
