JTP LAWN INC

This property has been serviced by JTP for years. I took over maintenance from my parents after they passed away. Joel has always been incredibly kind, fair, dependable and trustworthy. I would actually give JTP a strong grade of lower B; however we do not have that option on AL. The responsiveness grade (and value) is what it is and has degraded over the years depending on my "pickiness", the service and the crew, which by the way changes... and changes. I think I get to a place where one crew knows what I like and prefer and then a different crew comes in and we are back to square one. I think just by the nature of the business crews change and everything is in a state of flux all the time. I just wish my particular preferences would be effectively passed along to the different crew, however lately, this has not happened and I seem to be taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back. Specifically, I don't understand the weed wacker. I hate that piece of equipment and it causes more damage if handled sloppily. We are in an area that gets hit hard by strong winters, alot of snow, alot of rain and I have a number of trees surrounding the house. I wish there was a maybe answer for the question "would I use this provider in the future?". Perhaps they are getting too busy so rushing and sloppiness often comes into play unfortunately. I have worked with them for years and do not relish the thought of finding someone else that I can trust and depend on all year long.

UI have been using JTP Lawn for 15 years. He's a nice, young man. I'd recommend him.
