Description of Work: We use them once a month. They have done some additional treatments that that I didn't ask for then charged me for without asking. This last guy also does a lot of small talk. That's unprofessional, don't talk to me, just do your job and leave.

SEE ABOVE. Rate as a failure.
Description of Work: Saw the truck in front of the house. The driver just pulled away. We tracked him down and asked what was going on? He stated that he saw that he needed to call first because of our dogs, so instead of calling from in front of our house, he just drove away. We never got a call or e-mail scheduling any appointment time or date. Calling the office results in no response as they do not have an answering machine for current customers (they gave us an account #). Very very poor customer "responsiveness, punctuality (not sure on this one as they never called), professionalism". Using TRUGREEN.COM I have sent a complaint. When talking to the driver, we said to cancell.

TRUGREEN IS A LIFE SAVER. THEY TREATED MY LAWN FOR WEEDS ETC. AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. SINCE USING THEM, I HAVE NOT AHD A PROBLEM WITH MY LAWN AND THE APPERANCE IS WONDERFUL.

THIS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROACTIVE COMPANY. THEY RANG MY DOORBELL (WITHOUT MY SOLICITATION) AND PRESENTED A PROPOSAL OF RECOMMENDED TREATMENT (BASED ON AN IMPROMPTU INSPECTION). THEY FOLLOWED UP TO GET THE BUSINESS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Description of Work: THEY IRRIGATED AND TREATED DISEASED SHRUBS, TREES AND BUSHES. THEY ALSO SPRAYED FOR INSECTS,AS WELL AS, INSPECTED AND EVALUATED LAWN AND LANDSCAPING.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THE TREATMENTS WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THEY PROCESSED MY PAYMENTS PROMPTLY. THE GRASS LOOKS MUCH BETTER.
