Good communication in advance of appointment, arrived on time, explained exactly what services he would provide and any necessary information related specifically to my furnace. Completed the work in a very reasonable timeframe, explained any upcoming potential issues with my (old) furnace, as well as preventive maintenance I may want to consider in the future. Top rate experience, Vinnie was really a professional. Would absolutely hire again and would recommend to my friends and family.
