Rhino Glass & Window

It has been three weeks and no call back. If a particular service cannot be provided, that's fine and understandable. My complaint is why not just be up front about about it?

Great! Nick was professional and friendly. The window was special order and was supposed to take two weeks. It was here and installed in a week and a half. Would definitely do business with again. Thanks!

Nick, who provided the quote and installed the window, was very responsive and punctual. He showed up promptly at arranged times and did what he said he would do -- this is a quality often lacking by contractors around here :) We are very please with the work that Rhino glass did. There are two VERY small things that bugged me a little bit-- neither are major and I hesitate to list them: 1) The price was quite a bit higher than he had estimated over the phone, which was $150-200. When I asked him why the price would be higher than the telephone quote, he thoughtfully explained that because of it's location and that the window had to be removed from the outside, it would take two people. BTW, I'm not complaining -- I agreed to pay the final price of $342 -- but it was a little bit of a shock. Regardless, I never felt pressured to hire him even after he came out and gave the quote. 2) This may be industry standard and it's very minor, but after installing the window, they left a sign in my yard advertising Rhino Glass. I wish they would have asked first. Again, pretty minor. In short, Rhino Glass did an outstanding job in replacing the window. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

They were punctual and professional and we are happy with the results. We would recommend them to others.
