Requested an appointment for the estimate to remove a tree in our back yard. The appointment time has come and gone, and we have not heard anything from anyone at Reasonable Tree Experts. Will not try again

Very well. It was a difficult area and they were able to most roots out.

I left a message, describing that I needed to have some trees removed and downed limbs taken away. I received one call back, and I told the person that I would like to have an estimate. He said that he would call back and schedule a time. Never heard from him again. Surprising, because I had previously had work done by them. They had done a good job that time, and I paid them immediately upon completion ($2500.00). That's why I gave a "C" instead of an "F:" Their previous work. I wasn't going to chase them--there are too many companies that do this kind of work. I ended up hiring another company.

They were on time. I didn't ask them about the roots until they showed up, but they were very accommodating. I don't like rating a company all A's, but in this case there was no reason to mark them down on anything.

Kurt Fife from Reasonable Tree was good. The crew was good. Removed the trees, grind the tree stumps and removed all the debris. If I need to have trees removed in the future, will hire Reasonable Tree Experts again.

They performed the work per the contract but went a little further by cutting up more than what the contract called for. They did not damage a thing including the driveway! The work was performed at a very reasonable cost, I am very happy with the guys and the job well done. I highly recommend them for any type of tree removal, especially the difficult jobs! Awesome job guys!

They were either very experienced or very lucky. Some large branches fell very close to my front window and roof. All turned out well and I would definitely hire them again.

Customer service was exceptional from the first time I contacted them to the removal of the trees and cleanup of my yard. It was a pleasure talking with the office personnel and the estimator that arrived at my home within 2 days of my call (and on time). The skill and efficiency of the crew was very impressive. Both River Birches were in close proximity of fencing and homes, which concerned me. However, the crew's teamwork prevented any damage from occurring. The politeness of the entire team was quite refreshing. Pricing was fair especially compared to other companies that I had contacted.

Removed large willow tree, large pine tree and trimmed overgrown birch tree. Grinded stumps of removed trees. Removed all mulch. They had all of the right equipment and crew to handle a large job. They responded quickly to phone calls. Communication was excellent and were able to do the job quickly and within our time frame. The cost of service was excellent for the job done. Highly recommended. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Kurt came out and talked to me about the work that we wanted done. I have several large trees in my yard; two of them were dead and needed to be cut down. I shared with Kurt what my "Wish list" was for the 4 workers and 4 hours of work. He indicated that all of my requests could not be done within the 4 hour timeframe. Since I had no experience with how much time would be needed, I went along with his assessment of what could be done in the 4 hours that I purchased. We then agreed on what could be done from my list and agreed on a date. Workers arrived on time to do the work that Kurt and I discussed. Kurt was there to explain what they were supposed to do and then he left. The worker that seemed to be the lead or supervisor on site shared with me that what I wanted done would most likely not take the full 4 hours that I had paid for. This was distressing because Kurt told me earlier that all of the work I wanted done could not be done in 4 hours?? All of the workers were pleasant and very competent. They worked fast but carefully as they cut down 2 large trees. They totally cleaned up my yard after their work. They checked in with me as they were trimming the trees to see how much I wanted trimmed off. They were responsive and professional. I was very pleased with the work that the workers did. They were outstanding. However, I was distressed that it only took them 1.5 hours and I paid for 4 hours. Since Kurt was not there during the actual work, I got the impression that the crew was authorized to do only what Kurt instructed them to do. If I use this company again, I'll ask more questions during the assessment phase.

Kurt and one of his employees showed up at 9 am cut down the Hawthorn, trimmed the Maple, removed all the branches and cleaned up in about an hour and half. They did a great job, again.

Accurate, efficient and neat. The least costly option from 3 vendors, Called 24 hours before arriving and showed up in the hour promised. Professional crew, appeared like a well oiled machine or symphony in action. Thrilled I went with them as the service provider.. If you need tree service, call Reasonable Tree Experts!

My experience with Reasonable Tree Experts was very delightful. Kurt was very professional and he was able to send his guys out the next day. They were very quick, neat and definitely left me feeling satisfied with their work. Also, as the company name mentions, the price was very reasonable. If anyone needs tree services, this is definitely the company to go with!

The crew arrived on time. They were courteous and efficient. They worked extremely hard and made quick work of the tasks at hand. I informed Jerry the foreman that I would like to save several pieces of both trunks. And they cut them into firewood sections for me to hand split. The four man crew worked great together clearing and cleaning all the wood. They cleaned all debris and swept all the dirt & chips.

On 7/28/2014 I contacted this company. I was given a quote over the telephone. I was told that if I decided to have them remove the tree I was to call and they would come out and confirm the price I was given. I called within the first two weeks of August to have Kurt come and confirm the price I was given. I was told he was out of the office and he would return my call. After two days I called again and got his voice mail and I left a message. Kurt returned my call and he said he was out of town and that he would return on 8/15/2014 and call me to set up a time to look at the tree I wanted removed. It is now 8/20/2014 and I'm still waiting for that phone call. Paul

Called to get price to have trees trimmed. I was asked the diameter of the tree and was told I would be better off getting a landscaper because they are too busy right now to do this small of a job. I was told the minimum price is $495, I stated that I got their information from Angie's List and stated some of the prices on here. I was then told that these must have been 'old' prices and was then asked if I still wanted a price from them. I stated that it didn't seem like they want the job any how and declined someone coming to give an estimate.

Great! These guys worked quickly and efficiently! Our yard was completely clean and all branches and debris were removed. They worked hand in hand with us to make sure they were doing exactly what we wanted. They were polite and professional. Would definitely hire again.

I was extremely happy at how fast they were able to fit me into their schedule. The grinder operator, Phil, was great and really knew what he was doing. In about 2 hours he had ground down the roots and stumps to a depth of 10" to 12". The stumps with roots were approximately 48" in diameter. He also did a great job grinding around two large bushes that were up against the roots. Before starting he told me exactly how he was going to do the job and kept me informed on what he was doing. I would definitely recommend them to friends/neighbors and I have.

Received a qoute within hours of contacting owner, very reasonable. The trees were removed within a week and for a minimum price trimmed 2 other trees. Very professional and quick

They started, and then they finished. What more can I say?

With the overhangs Kurt went up with the crane [see their home page], roping or holding the branches to keep them from the roof before they were cut. Our tree had as big an overhang as it was tall, about 40 feet, so this job was tedious, but he was patient. His crew chipped the smaller branches and stacked the pieces as they were cut. His crew was hard-working, hardly stopping at all. After the cutting was done, they brought in the claw to load the wood. The cost was very reasonable for the amount and complexity of the work involved.
