+ -1 moreGuys were courteous and answered all of my questions during the estimate process as well as the day of the repairs. They had no issues with me climbing the ladder to inspect their work and discuss what was done. In the end, I was told by the guys who did the work, that the repairs done to our south wall was actually more than what was estimated. However, the invoice presented was only for what was recommended. With all the snow of this past winter, seems as through the repairs have kept the water and moisture out. We received the recommendation of Norton Roofing via our masonry company....it was a great decision to hire Norton and I will continue to recommend their services.
Description of Work: New membrane base flashing and sheet metal counter flashing to entire west parapet, portion of east parapet and all of south wall where shingled section meets wall. Drain existing trapped water behind existing flashings on flat roof and repair membrane as needed.

+ -1 moreThey removed and replaced bad asphalt parapet roofing flashing, Added metal flashing strips at brick wall blended roofing into existing roof. It has held up well, had been a continuing problem until Norton fixed it. Tom Norton did some of the work and oversaw the project personally.
Description of Work: Repaired/replaced roofing flashing along parapet wall on 3-flat flat roof.
