Description of Work: Cleaned all types of window treatments throughout the house, a couch, and a king size bedspread. Everything was taken to their shop, and within two days returned and rehung. Minor problems with the condition of the window treatments were repaired. In addition, they even cleaned about a dozen silk plants including two significant in size floor plants. This is a small business that provides very impressive service.

Description of Work: First we had our silhoutte blinds and luminex blinds cleaned. We then decided to get new windows and paint inside the house. They came back and took down the blinds and afterwards hung the again as well as replaced some older hardware when hanging them.

They were helpful over the phone and gave me an idea of when to bring the blind in so that I could get it back as quickly as possible. They also provide pick-up service if you need it. They seem to take pride in their work and guarantee it for a year after the repair.
Description of Work: They repaired a 72" duet honeycomb blind that needed to be restrung. They also replaced the broken hold down on the blind.

+ 0 moreBert came in on time to give us an estimate and pulled out the blinds the same day. They re-threaded the blinds and restored it in perfect condition. Miriam installed the blinds exactly on the day they said it will be delivered. From pull out to installation, they handled and wrapped the blinds carefully. Although the service we requested didn't cost much, they gave us red-carpet service from start to finish. We will definitely use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreWe had new tile installed that required shortening the blinds. The blinds were in very good condition, out of the sun, and seldom used despite being many years old. Everyone else said they can't be shortened - get new ones. Louvers Lane shortened and cleaned them for a lot less then new blinds would have cost.
Description of Work: Shortened and cleaned our fabric vertical blinds for a porch door.

+ -1 moreCalled me back right away and then came over and got the job done! He was only here for half an hour and offered to fix any other blinds if I needed him to. Very accommodating. Very reasonable! Manufacturer would require me to pay for shipment out, wait 3 weeks, and then pay for shipment back, as well as repair costs.
Description of Work: They came to my house and restrung blinds in my bedroom. They were very expensive blinds that I did not want to replace.
