From the beginning, chuck was very professional and punctual. When he showed up he listened and quickly found the problem. Once the problem was found, it was prepared very quickly. After the pipe was fixed, he found another issue and offered to repair it the same day. He gave a competitive cost on the spot. Very satisfied!

From the moment I spoke with Chuck on the phone I knew that he was the right plumber for the job! We had gotten other quotes on the job that were significantly higher than what Chuck charged us. Apparently the Moen shower system that we have is a very difficult system in which to replace the cartridge, he had to use a blow torch at one point. He was so professional, courteous and respectful - no matter how many times he had to go in the crawl space to turn the water on and off he never complained, he took his shoes off every time he went on my carpet, he thoroughly cleaned up after the job and the best part about his work is that he double and tripled checked to make sure everything was in working order before he left. He replaced the cartridge but when he tested the system he realized that the cold water was not working, only the hot - he made sure that he cleaned the shower system again to remove any excess blockages and tested the system again to be sure everything was working properly before he left. Upon completion of the plumbing work, he checked my A/C unit and topped off the freon for $40. It is his thoroughness in his work, his professionalism in explaining the problem and how he is going to fix it, his respectfulness to take off his shoes (without being asked) and to thoroughly clean up after the job that will have me passing out his business cards to friends and using him again for any future Plumbing or Heating/Cooling issues I may have.
