+ -1 moreThey promised me the work would be done in 2 weeks. They called in 1 week to say the rings were ready. They resized mom's ring, replaced the missing stone and re-enforced the other prongs to keep the other stones from coming out. The engagement ring looked beautiful--they fixed the break and replaced the stones that I lost. Very happy with outcome.
Description of Work: Two rings--one my engagement ring--the band broke right along a row of diamonds, resulting in a loss of 3 small diamonds. The other, my mother's wedding band, missing one stone and needed resizing.

+ -1 moreWE WERE IN A RUSH TO GET MY WEDDING BAND. WE CALLED & DROVE AROUND LOOKING FOR A JEWELER THAT HAD A RING I WANTED IN STOCK AND COULD HAVE IT READY IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. THE SALESLADY ASSURED US THAT THIS WAS NOT A PROBLEM. IN THE END, WE HAD TWO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. 1.)I CALLED AFTER 1 1/2 WEEKS TO ASK WHEN THE RING WOULD BE READY, AS THERE WERE ONLY 3 DAYS BEFORE WE WERE LEAVING TOWN FOR THE WEDDING. I WAS TOLD THAT THE RING WOULD BE READY IN A WEEK (AFTER THE WEDDING)! THEY WERE COMPLETELY SURPRISED BY THIS (THOUGH OUR WEDDING DATE WAS IN WRITING ON THE RECEIPT). IN THE END, I BELIEVE THIS WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE AND THEY DID END UP GETTING US THE RING ON TIME. 2.)IN A SEPARATE INCIDENT, OVER THE PHONE, I STATED THAT I BELIEVED WE WERE CHARGED TOO MUCH. THE SALESLADY AGREED TO LOWER THE PRICE WHEN MY WIFE PICKED UP THE RING. HOWEVER, SHE DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THIS AND WE WERE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE.
