+ 1 moreKristy is a landscape designer who works for the company. She met with me and asked and answered questions that would help her come up with a plan for us. Her proposals included different options and what the costs would be. She also left us pictures of the plants and what the layouts would look like. We also were given information about the Creta Stone. We were impressed with her knowledge and creativity. She was able to have the landscaping installed just when we were ready for it. The crew who did the removal and installation were very hard workers. They were careful not to damage anything and expertly built the Creta Stone wall and put in the new plants. Kristy was there supervising them a lot of the time and made sure that everything was done correctly. The landscaping is beautiful and we were impressed with the excellent communication that we had with Kristy.
Description of Work: The company re-landscaped the front of our house. They removed all of the old landscaping stones and all of the previous plantings. They designed and installed Creta Stone walls and planted new bushes and perennials. They also mulched the area after the plantings were done.

+ -1 moreCHARGED TOP DOLLAR, 80% OF WORK WAS GOOD QUALITY. THE OTHER 20%(DEAD PLANTS, SINKING PAVER PADS) WENT BAD, AND GOT NOTHING BUT EXCUSES WHEN ASKED TO MAKE GOOD. THEIR GUARANTEE IS MEANINGLESS. QUICK WITH THE EXCUSES AND THE BILL, NOT SO QUICK TO CORRECT WORK DONE IMPROPERLY. EXPECTED MORE FOR $38 GRAND.

+ -1 moreMY WIFE CALLED AND WAS PROMISED AN ESTIMATE FOR A RETAINING WALL. WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. WE RECEIVED A PROMPT RESPONSE FROM A SMALLER VENDOR WHO WE HAVE CHOSEN TO DO THE WORK. WE WILL REFER THEM ONCE THE WORK IS COMPLETE TO OUR SATISFACTION.
Description of Work: NONE PERFORMED. SOUGHT BID FOR RETAINING WALL. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK AS WAS PROMISED.
