Description of Work: salesman was great but when the money was paid,never heard from him again. told us we would have to talk to there installers to arrange a time . they were hard to get ahold of and rep from stairmaster didnt respond to messages. finally got ahold of installers who had only twice put in these stairs. were from out of state. didnt really know what company they were working for.. wants installed it was fine. but the headaches were terrible.
