 + -1 moreDuring floor preparation they made it necessary to have the entire house cleaned,ceiling , floors,everything.After they had "completed" the job,it was necessary to spend several thousand dollars more to complete the job to our satisfaction.They also demanded cash payment,I have to assume to avoid paying taxes,per discussion with the owner.It also took longer to complete because he would leave and not come back for days at a time.
Description of Work: This service provider tried to install an epoxy coating on the basement floor

 + 1 moreOn time, first day, second day, came 30 mins late, still didn't get the floors done. Didn't come back for 2 months. Worked 1 day, didn't see them for a week, shotty work, took many, many shortcuts, caused damage, did not fix it properly. I had them leave before all the work was done because I was tired of waiting, and the Obnoxious owner was a liar, and I didn't feel comfortable having them in my home.
Description of Work: new laminate floors, new carpet, tile backsplash, tile floors, tile island
