They even offered recommendations to help us maintain the cleanliness and avoid future repairs / mold issues. Would absolutely recommend them to friends and hire them again.

+ 0 moreThey MIGHT be good at carpet cleaning but ANY type of construction or restoration work is horrible and incomplete!!! They have NO carpentry skills or management skills when it comes to how to proceed with repairs! Our house is a mess and I was instructed to try and defraud my insurance company for more money! The owner talks "BIG" but does not follow through with his promises to make things right again!!!

+ 0 moreWe negotiated the price ahead of time. They were very comparable with their stair price with other folks whom I've had come cleaning my stairs. They did a very nice job. They did a great job on the sofa, the love seat and the stairs. They were on time, they were neat, courteous and they were quick.
Description of Work: I did use a Big Deal from Midwest Carpet Cleaning. They cleaned my sofa and my love seat, and I had them do all the stairs in my house. The stairs was additional from the Big Deal.
