Things went very well. They were very prompt. The workers were very good. I would tell a friend that the company is very good and easy to work with. I like the service technician, he was very polite.

Jim (Tech) came over the house to diagnose the problem in late November. Ordered the part which took 3 weeks to arrive. Turned out it was the wrong part. The tech ordered the correct part and was back out 2 weeks later to install it. Took him about 30 minutes and it is now working great. The best part is that, although the tech had to come by 3 times, he only charged me $89 for the initial diagnostic and travel time on the first trip out. The other two trips out were on Harres. I was also assured that if the new part did not work, then I would not have to pay, I am very happy with the service, the courteous and knowledgeable technician and would definitely call Harres again were I in need of additional appliance repairs.

I know the maintenance person personally and they have a good reputation.

They are excellent. They are very helpful and they have a nice selection. I would recommend them. It's a family owned business so they have a very helpful staff and they have been in the business for a very long time.

Their prices are good. It took him about an hour and he had the part on the truck. Today they fixed the washer.

They first came out to see if the old refrigerator and decided that the compressor had burnt out, but they gave us a coupon for purchasing the refrigerator from them. Their prices were a little on the higher side.
