hardwood floor
+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GOOD JOB BUT TOOK LONGER THAN THEY SAID. ALSO, THE FLOOR BUCKLED IN 1 SPOT 2 MONTHS AFTER INSTALLING. ALTHOUGH THEY REPAIRED THE PROBLEM AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, THEY INDICATED THAT I HADN'T MAINTAINED THE TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY LEVEL PER THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECS. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. HOWEVER, I HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE FLOOR.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY INSTALLED A HARD WOOD FLOOR. THEY REPLACE THE UNDERLAYMENT ON A PART OF THE FLOOR PRIOR TO INSTALLING HARDWOOD FLOOR.
