Tiger explained the problem, explained the work they needed to do, and most important, they set everything up ahead of time so they were able to complete the job in one day.

Tiger Plumbing was quick to respond to me with an estimator arriving within an hour of my call. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and we scheduled the work to be done the next morning. Customer Service called me and told me when to expect the technician and then texted a picture of Cedric, the assigned plumber. Cedric and an apprentice arrived, we talked over what needed to happen. They completed their work, had me approve it, cleaned up and were gone in less time than estimated. I highly recommend Tiger Plumbing and will call them when I need more plumbing services.

A little pricey, but they did the job quick, great, and showed up on time.

The serviceman was very polite and respectful. He knew what he was doing and got the matter done quickly. Now we have sewer again.

Three different plumbers for Tiger came and checked the project. From them I got two different solutions to pick from. One was to pressure wash the pipe assuming it had abut 12 inches that was plugged and the other was to cut and replace the pipe. Went with the second option because the pipe actually was plugged for 16 feet with grease and sludge. very expensive.

I highly recommend this company! Everything was perfect. They were even early for the appointment!
