Way over priced...tried to get break down of charges, however, they would not provide. Claimed $264 an hour is fair rate...shady at best, stay away from this 'club'...they will up charge you every time.

I'm on a fixed income,I have heart problems, the cost for a frost free outlet was $586 for 2 hours work. I never made that kind of money the 50 years I worked.

I hired them to repair an outside leaking faucet and a shower faucet that dripped. After trying to sell me other products they said it would cost over $1900. I should have gotten a second opinion at that point but did not. They did not provide me an invoice telling me why it cost that much- nothing but a coloring book and sales materials. Since then I have asked for an invoice with no response. The service was done in 2 hours and cost me $1976. The replaced my shower faucet and the attachments to the faucet, an outside faucet and an outside faucet shutoff off valve. that was it for $1976. While their installation team is fast and professional, their sales team is deceptive and unhelpful in determining if the cost is reasonable or not.

The plumber was clean cut, well groomed and polite. He placed a shoe cover on his feet so not to damage my flooring, I appreciated that. He inspected everything first and saw that the system is working fine. I guess my kids might have put too much toilet paper in the toilet. But he didn't charge me because everything was working fine. Some places will charge just for making the trip to your house.
