I was referred to Solutions Furniture Repair by Peerless Furniture & Leather Gallery (Fairview Heights) to have a wood table top repaired (I had accidentally let glue get on the table & eat away at the finish). Solutions did an awesome job restoring my table top to its beautiful original finish--- Aside from the beautiful work they did, the people that worked there are exceptionally nice and cordial-- I would definitely recommend Solutions Furniture Repair, Inc. :)

When the chairs came back (on time) they told us that they couldn't replace the foam in the chair arm because it was a "moulded foam part" and that they had only added a two inch foam beneath the original foam to puff it up. In about a week the chair arm became flat on top and about one and a half inches wider than original and was again dented in. I then called La-Z-Boy and purchased a replacement "moulded" arm foam. When it arrived I called Solutions and asked them to make the job right by replacing the arm foam so it would be shaped as original. I was told they would charge me an additional $160.00 to do that saying I wasn't charged anything for the work on the arm, only the seats. In addition when the chairs were delivered the work order and invoice were forgotten so I have nothing to say what I was charged for and what was "free". Now I have to go elsewhere to get the arm done over. I can say the seats were done right and I'm satisfied with that.
