+ -1 moreThey were recommended by another company that could not do the job. They looked at everything and said they could put reinforced beams every 16-17 feet, put extra insulation in the attic, and they would put support where the refrigerator and washer/dryer were, and confirmed that the problems were not going to cause the house to collapse. They quoted $2000 for the job. They didn't show up for the day that they were scheduled to start. The receptionist called to tell me that they were stuck at another job and needed to reschedule. They never showed for the second appointment, and even when I called 2 different phone numbers, including the boss, no one answered or returned my calls. I left a message letting them know how disappointed I was because they came highly rated. I never heard from them.
Description of Work: We had squeaks and dips in our floor and wanted to get them fixed.

cabinet refacing
+ -1 moreTHEY WERE NICE WHEN HERE, BUT IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS.
Description of Work: CAME OUT TO GIVE ESTIMATE TO REFACE CABINETS. HE SAID I WILL MAIL YOU A BID IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS, AND IT TOOK 7 BUSINESS DAYS. I HAVE CALLED HIM 4 TIMES AND HE STILL HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS.
