Awful, had to call repeatedly to get them to call back, unresponsive from providing a quote to finishing the job. Finally left the job about 2/3 finished and did not intend to return and finish. Took two weeks to even get someone to call back to say what was going on. Finally finished after two seperate crews, but damaged two light fixtures in the process. Could not get them to make repairs, but they offered $70 off cost. Then had to contract seperately to make the repairs, which costed double that price. Do NOT use them for gutters!

We received bids from four reputable companies. Metro East was the lowest, and they were very helpful in answering the many questions I asked. Work was performed approximately four months ago. It has held up well through strong winds and rain. I definitely recommend them.

We hired this company( Tony ) for my mother who is 80+ years old who is on a fixed income. He gave her a estimate and then tried to change prices midstream on her and when they finished they never even put her gutters back on after they took them off her garage. Very poor customer service and no senior discounts. This guys own workers who put the roof on even called Tony a few choice names to validate who/how is is.

The estimator arrived when he said he would. He provided the estimate when he said he would. He returned my phone calls when I had questions. The crew he sent was on time and did what they were supposed to in a very timely manner. There was some miscommunication on one issue, but the estimator and owners worked with us to right the problem. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Metro East Roofing had come recommended to us from someone else. They cleaned up and came when they said they were coming and cleaned up like they said they would. I would use them again in the future.

Our band new roof we just had put on last November (by Metro East Roofing) as a result of last year's hail storm got destroyed again with this year's hail storm. We called Metro East Roofing again because they had done such a good job last year. When I called they provided an estimate on the replacement of the roof. We decided to go ahead with Metro East Roofing again because we were so pleased with the job they did for us last year. We were not disappointed, they did an excellent job again.
