COUNTER TOP SHOP

.I LOVE my new master bathroom! It is perfect! The quotes were reasonable and very close to the actual cost, The quality of the work was excellent, and they did everything they said they would do. They even gave me tips/hints from their experience on things to consider while planning the bathroom which were very helpful as I would not have thought of everything on my own. it took a little longer than planned but they ran into some issues that were not visible until tearing things out. They were great at explaining things which was appreciated since I'm not "handy" and I felt they were very approachable for questions. They installed my light fixtures and all the other "little" things that need to be installed in a master bath. All the finishing touches were completed. They were very respectful of me and my home and cleaned up after themselves. Being from a retail family I like to support small local businesses and I was not disappointed! I'm wanting to do some work in the kitchen and can't wait to get started. I will definitely hire them for the job!

Remodel of Kitchen, quoted 4 days to install?6 weeks later our kitchen is still not complete. Granite Counter Top Issues, Nail holes, poor Craftmanship. When contacted Mike the owner he refuses to fix anything. We sent pictures asking him to fix no response for several days. Received an email today from his wife stating they were discussing and would get back to us?..no date NOTHING! When asked for refund/discount on this job we were told my Mike that if we could not afford it we should have done away with our wine wall and went with plastic laminate counter tops. Really?? Follow up: It is now November 13, 2012...We have had zero cooperation from Saint Louis Kitchen and Bath/The Counter Top Shop. We have written estimates to repair the substandard workmanship from this company. Owner Tami continues to call contractors and fabricators threatening them to not do business with us as they are going to sue US!!! They want to come in and make adjustments where replacement is necessary. Tami continues to tell everyone she is not making repairs as she is suing us because I told her too. First off we let these people back into our home in early October hoping they wanted to resolves this issues, however she walked in demanding we pay the balance of the bill, when I told her not until repairs/replacement is completed she then stated she would put a lien on our home, which she did. Legally I requested them to remove the lien or file suit within 30 days to prove they made improvements to our home. Our dream kitchen has become the kitchen from h***!!! We have also found out that the years they claim to have in installation is false. Please do not hire these people!!!!! What type of company does substandard work, refuses to acknowledge this fact, refuses to fix then threatens to sue you????
