A Fear Of Heights

Brian removed the film and was not planning on any type of compensation. We have used Brian's company for many years for window cleaning and christmas lights and had never had any problems. After talking with Brian he agreed to give us a $750 credit for any future services, I have an email from him stating this. He put up christmas lights for us in November for a $205 charge. I asked Brian if he would add some lights to a few of our bushes and 2 trees and he agreed. I asked him what the charge would be and he said "nothing, as I had recommended him to our next door neighbors and they had lights put on as well. I reached out to Brian in April to set up my yearly window cleaning and he was not returning my calls or emails. Finally he sent me an email stating he was not going to do any more work for us and he was not going to honor the remainder of our credit. He told me he was not getting a high accreditation from Madico because I had called them and talked with them about the issues we were having. He then told me it was $125 more for the extra lights he added at christmas. I told him that was fine, add that to the $205 and we would now have a $420 credit. I have reported him to the Madico company and to the dealer he uses to buy the film. I have also registered a complaint with the BBB. Brian's unwillingness to respond is unacceptable for a professional company. I feel we are being more than reasonable as we paid him $1470 in cash for the film and installation of which was not installed properly.

Not very happy with their professionalism

I am very pleased with the service. They were punctual and did an excellent job. Also, they were very accomodating. I asked for additional awnings to be removed at that time and were able to fit it in. The price was very reasonable. I would definately use them again and recommend to others. Thank you!

Window cleaning was done well. However, we noticed afterwards that screens and rails were not cleaned on two sets of sliding glass doors nor were window screen/storm window rails cleaned. We thought this work was included in the price.

They arrived on the day scheduled and did a terriffic job. Very professional and great to deal with.

I was choose this company because of recommendations. I would recommend them to others because of their cleanliness. I called them first and they came in the next day. They are good. I would use their service in the future too.

These guys are great: friendly, professional, and thorough. They worked extremely hard to get my windows and screens clean inside and out, got all the mold off my siding, cleaned out all the mold and debris from a screened-in porch, and went up on the roof to make sure the gutters were really, truly clean. And the world is a brighter place when seen through such clean windows! I will definitely hire them again.
