+ 0 moreExcellently. These folks are VERY responsive. They know vacuum systems and are passionate about them. It took them 10 minutes maximum to assess my whole system and to figure out I needed a belt in the sweeper tool. Had it installed in 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I purchased my Riccar canister vac from this company based on their excellent advice. And it has meet my needs perfectly. The motorized head was no longer working and I though "oh no, this isn't repairable and will cost a fortune for a new one!" We took it in and they FIXED the motorized head (who does that anymore?) and a few other problems and for $175, I have a works-like-new vacuum.
