Poured December 5, 2018... stated they would flare the approach. At the most the flare is 3" on each side. They said they would backfill & seed. After several people went off the drive way and my twisting my ankle I called to ask WHEN they planned on doing that. They came & threw a dab of dirt down, never spoke to me & where gone. My garage door which was about 2 years old was damaged when they were digging and he assured me they would fix that. One section of the concrete cracked clear across. I notified him immediately of the crack & sent him a picture. It is now June and I have never heard from them again. I finally called & he said he would be there to replace the one section on July 8th. Funny how he wanted payment the day they finished pouring. They covered it with tarps... I had to keep putting things on the tarps because they kept blowing off and I never heard from anyone... just one day the tarps got removed. My garage door has still not been fixed. It not only dented 3 panels of the door but pulled a mounting screw out and slams down. I feel as a single woman I have been taken advantage of. I have used many bags of potting soil to bring the dirt up to the concrete and am still not finished, let alone having grass there. At 70 yrs old I did not expect to have to do this much and to have to nag to get things finished 6 months later.
