Kevin was very good about responding to us from the start and was great with follow-up. He gave us an accurate quote from the get-go, and provided the basic info we needed to go and do some research on doors. He delivered color samples to our home & was patient with our decision making process. Our door came in a day earlier than planned and he was flexible enough to install the very next day knowing we were living with a non working door and it was COLD! Install was great. He was quick and complete! Cleaned up after himself and was very cordial. He had another gentleman with him to assist, and he was equally as pleasant.

Our garage doors would not open without stopping several times and even got to the point where we had to disconnect the garage door opener and open them manually. They were also starting to split at the top and we thought we were going to need new doors. I called to see what they would charge to come out and look at the doors. They gave me a price and said they could come out the next morning. They also said if they fixed the doors but we still chose to replace them they would deduct the service charge off the price of the doors. Both doors were fixed on the first visit and they did leave a catalogue for us to look at in case we want new doors. There was no pressure to buy new doors and they did a great repair job. We were very happy with there service.
