This contractor waited for at least seven years to bill for this job for the land trust then decided that since it was too late to bill after my father kept asking repeatedly for the bill that he would file against my father's estate which had not contracted the job! This hwld up closing out the estate and the person was inflating the bill because he also did work on another property of mine that he also did not bill for for at least two years then threatened to hold up the sale of my house and this was after he had done the job for my ex who had the contract with him and he was supposed to collect from him! This person also decided to say that he talked to my mother about the job and she had never spoken to him about it. He also post dated the bill and said he billed when he never sent one as per my attorney and several wittnesses.
