Very well. The handrail was very loose, it was determined cement would be used so it could be secured.After cement was dry, deck boards were replaced, then deck was powerwashed. The workers came back, and stained the deck. The workers were professional, cleaned up and removed all the old deck boards, nails and other debri.

They did a very nice job. He was punctual and very polite. He was very good at what he did and cleaned up very well. I had no problems.

It went well and they were very felxible about rechesduling. The only minor thing was the clean up could have been a little, but the caulking was done very well.

Very prompt, knowledgeable and responsive. Looked at the issues and then gave me a list of supplies to purchase, we set a return date and the project was finished and looks great.

The employee scheduled a time that worked well with my work schedule and was punctual. He did a good job and gave me instructions on how soon the shower could be used.

I contacted the company with hopes of getting a broken window fixed. My call was returned and I was told that someone would call me regarding the work. No one ever returned my call.

They did exactly what was requested. I would no consider them an outstanding company.

It went very smoothly. All the contractors came in when they were scheduled and we were without our kitchen for only 2 days!!!The entire project was done in a few weeks and everyone that was involved was very professional.

My interaction with the technician and outcome of the work was disappointing. I arrived 10 minutes home late from the office to meet the technician, so he talked to my wife. Instead of getting to work on cleaning the grout, he talked to my wife and wrote out a list of instructions for the work that I could do myself and then left! Of course I was extremely disappointed, so I phoned him to come back to the house and execute the instructions that he wrote out for my wife. He did come back and do the work, but I was disappointed that the grout was not more clean and that he so quickly dismissed the idea of re-grouting because the grout area is allegedly so thin in our shower. I have used about 15 Angie's List vendors, including many Big Deals, and this one was the most disappointing. While I can imagine that this company might on occassion do some good work, I did not see it. Also, a couple of months after he left, I saw a video showing how re-grouting can be done by do-it-yourselfers and just wish he would have been willing to do that. I am still keeping my eyes open for a new vendor who might be able to do this work because I am not handy.

Set up appointment and left work early to meet contractor. He called and said he thought my address was in Milwaukee, which it is. Asked if he could fit another stop in further south before coming out because it was more convenient for him. I said that was OK but I was irritated that this couldn't have been arranged when originally scheduling my appointment (we set the appointment early because I wanted them to inspect during daylight hours). He showed up two hours later, in the dark, after sunset. The exterior work I wanted done was inspected by flashlight. The proposal I eventually received was too vague and open to question as to work to be performed. I was quoted a price "per our conversation" with no detail. I later sent an email with a list of questions asking what was included. Their reply yielded more specifics, but not enough. I got the sense that the true price would come out only after they got into the work. Overall, their quote was higher than I anticipated, so combined with the unclear scope of work they would do, I elected to have this done by others. I am still waiting to receive by deposit back from Angie's List

Will set a project date for Jan 2013 when the dust has settled.

This was an Angie's list Big Deal. I recently installed a tile back splash in my kitchen. When I saw this deal for grouting, I grabbed it up quickly. UpKeepers came by after work and installed the grout. They did a wonderful job and left the work area clean. I would certainly use them again.

Jason was prompt, professional, went above and beyond, and it was a very satisfactory experience.

The job was started and finished in a very satisfactory way the first time he walked into the house. When we contacted him by phone, we explained exactly what we needed and when he came he came prepared with the appropriate tools and materials to begin and complete the job.

He was prompt, neat, and competent. The work was done well and he cleaned up the area when he was done. We are going to have him back in January to do some more work for us.

It was great overall. He was a bit late (I meant to ask him if we miscommunicated about the time but forgot to) but the work was great. I had purchased the coupon through Angies list for 2 hours of work. He probably went a bit over that. He was very friendly and gave me some tips on some additional work that I am having done at a later time. He cleaned up the mess that was left behind.

i purchased deal of the day from this service. i thought the price was good- very responsive in terms of scheduling-company showed up on time and was very friendly . showed and discussed work and when completed asked me to come and check everything. everything was picked up and left tidy.

They were ok. I person was very nice. But the work was a little sloppy. The caulking was not down through-out the entire area. He cut off some parts and there was quite a bit of residue left. He did try and clean it all, but there was quite of bit of caulking in places I didn't expect there to be any (i.e..the toilet). I probably will not use them again in the future.

We were delayed several weeks because of the popularity of this offer. He was a nice guy. He had to leave the first time because he wanted water to dry before caulking. When he came back, he forgot his caulking gun. The work was OK and average.

Needed to clean the tile and grout and re-caulk. Upkeepers ran a special and we hired them for a 2 hr. period. Everything was perfunctory. When the time was up the handyman left. There was a clear improvement but the job wasn't done. Mostly done. Would have been nice if the service man had asked, if he should stay longer for an additional fee to complete the work. What was completed was fine and an improvement over our efforts.
