Description of Work: I contacted UpKeepers for some shower caulking repairs and was pleased with the work. Then I contracted with them for some vinyl flooring repairs. The work was done well and in a timely fashion, although I considered them a bit pricey.

Description of Work: The booking with Tom and Jason was easy. Jason was very polite and thorough during the evaluation but then said that because the grout is so old and stained that their services probably wouldn't make us as the customer happy to he offered for us to leave it as a credit or get a refund. We've used Upkeepers in the past and will use again in the future.

Description of Work: Simple job of recaulking the bathtub in the master bath. Man was punctual, professional, and did a great job.

Description of Work: This contractor contacted me, but I was not able to use his caulking services because my plumber, another Big Deal provider, is being very unresponsive. The plumbing needs to be completed before the caulking can be done. I have no quarrel with this provider. I'm just asking for a refund because the deal expired before I could use it. The plumber is the guy giving me the runaround and I might be requesting a refund for his 'services' soon.

Description of Work: The company never called me back. I purchased the "deal" from Angie's List. It would have been an easy 2 hours of simple bathroom caulking in a 3 year old house. I'm getting my money refunded. It looks like I'm not the only one with complaints and if the company can't even call me back to set up an appointment then it's best we part ways before my expectations are shattered any further.

Description of Work: The gentleman ffrom upkeepers was friendly, prompt and paid attention to detail. I had a number of things for him to do around the house and he did everything to my satisfaction. He went a little overtime, but did not charge me any extra. I have him scheduled to come again for more work. This time he worked on the tile grout and cALKING. hE HAD THE MATERIALS i NEEDED, AND IT ALL WORKED OUT BEAUTIFULLY!

Description of Work: Very nice, professional person re-caulked bathtub, toilets and sinks. I can't remember what I paid for the services. We had a little trouble setting up a date for him to come and do the work due to phone tag.
