The project included the replacement of deck flooring, railing and pergola posts. The project required working under and around a troublesome screen enclosure. The carpenters, Sean (Owner) and Jesse worked well together as a cohesive, competent and professional team. No problem appeared to stress either of them. They were respectful of the plantings that surrounded the deck and offered suggestions on how to stain and prolong the useful life of the finished deck. Very professional and detailed estimate for work to be done by Sean. Work was done in timely manner and looks great, work done was very neat also. One thing to note which was different but worked out alright was communication was done all email

Sean was helpful in determining the design of our new deck and was careful to check that we agreed with each step of the construction plan. The crew worked hard and steady to complete our deck by the agreed upon deadline…in spite of rain, heat, and a cottonwood seed blizzard! Overall, we were very satisfied with this company.

Sean's crew did an excellent job of repairing rotten rails and staining my deck. I have a walkout basement with a paver patio. My deck is above my patio. The thing that impressed me most was how clean and neat the work was. Not a drop of paint or stain on my patio or plants. Their work was meticulous. My deck looks awesome!

Had our lower and upper deck floor and top rail replaced by Sean and crew. Looks great and the boss is happy with the color she picked. These guys are very busy so sometimes communication isn't instantaneous, but they do get back to you within a reasonable amount of time with complete and detailed replies. Weather delayed our project but that was not their fault. Great professionals who completed the job quickly and removed all old material immediately. Hire these guys!

There were some communication problems with Sean. I would call or text...I would usually get an answer after the second attempt. Weather (rain) was a problem getting things scheduled with them due to a small backlog. This was not their fault. They made it here and stained the deck quickly after the rains had stopped. Deck looks great!

Worked primarily with Sean to coordinate the project. It was their peak busy season, but he was very responsive to all of my emails. The guys who came and did the work were really nice as well, but don't remember their names. Deck looks great, very happy!
