+ -1 moreShe was prompt and courteous. Provided good design service, but as soon as the checks were cashed she was not helpful. Painting had annoying flaws that she refused to fix, blaming them on improper priming by our builder 10 years ago. She told us we'd have to live with it or have the drywall repaired. She said no painter could fix this flaw, shouldn't her painter have primed the affected area? Sold us a dining room table with areas of washed out stain that the manufacturer told us were intentional. It looks awful and we have to keep it covered.
