+ 0 moreA dish was broken and went into pump. Nothing else was damaged. They had to order a new part. They came out later to install part. After he left we ran the dish dispenser and it didn’t work. So they came back out. The computer ended up being burnt up. We needed a new one, it would cost $160. They recommended calling Home Depot because this is where we bought the item from. Home Depot replaced it for us with no charge (a entire new washer). Baier said they would take the part they installed back and wouldn’t charge us. They took back the new soap dispenser, and still wanted the fees. They want to charge for second visit. But they didn’t check their own work. The total bill was $220. I paid bill for amount we thought it should be minus the part they took back.
Description of Work: We had a dishwasher that had problems. So we called them. It was out of warranty. They came out to repair dishwasher.
