+ 3 moreIt went horribly from the start. The crew showed up when they wanted instead of when they said they would be there. They were done working by 1 or 2 in the afternoon and didn't start till after 10 am. There were numerous occasions where the crew was drinking alcohol while working. They did not do the job like they were asked to. They broke the frame of a $300 door when installing it. The siding all around the addition is bowed out and not installed properly as you can see where pieces end and start even from a distance. The roof is still leaking even after LT Keyser has been back 4 times to fix it. I have 3 different colored shingles on my brand new roof because the shingles bought for my roof have disappeared. None of my beams in roof, or studs in walls are evenly measured, the whole room is crooked. They installed a woodburner and didn't seal the pipe going thru the roof so my woodburner is now rusted. They refuse to come back and fix their mistakes or broken parts, that they are responsible for. Crew members stole tools from my house while they were left here unattended.
Description of Work: We hired LT Keyser of Keyser Construction to put a 600 square foot addition on our home. It was to consist of 3 rooms, with one room being finished by Keyser Construction. The job started in October of 2010 and was to include a new roof, walls, siding, windows, and bedroom finished.
