Phoenix Bathtubs

Overall, quite well. First the old liner was removed and measurements were done, and then the new liner was installed on a later visit. Removing the old liner took more time, if I remember correctly, while installing the new one took a few hours. Once done, it looked great. And no other company was willing to do the job for less than $1,000, so the value cannot be beat. The only hiccup was a delay of several weeks between the first and second reason. This turned out to be that, for some unknown reason, the company thought they had already done the job. On the plus side, they also thought we had already paid them, when we hadn't, so we weren't getting billed for unfinished work. Once that was ironed out, everything went fine. They were easy to deal with over the phone. I would highly recommend doing business with Phoenix Bathtubs.

Our experience with Phoenix was great. Denise in the office was very helpful in scheduling. Our service provider worked hard and really was a perfectionist. He had to do a great deal of sanding to get the old chipped finish off the tub, and he did not short cut the process. He was extremely careful in making sure that the rest of our bathroom was masked, so no traces of the tub spray got anywhere it wasn't supposed to. And now, and old, ugly tub, that has been an eyesore for far to long looks absolutely pristine!

We have used Phoenix tub liners in the past and have been very pleased with their work. We hired them to install a second liner for another bathtub we wanted updated. They came in and installed a professional, neat and within our budget tub liner. The liner has made the old tub look brand new and has been a very nice addition to our bathroom remodeling project. They are very courteous and do not add extras to your bill when they are complete. I would recommend them very highly.

They did an excellent job. Their service person was punctual, masked off the area in which he was working and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job at a reasonable price.

We received an estimate, which was reasonably priced, from Ed the owner. He was prompt, professional, friendly and courteous. The waiting time for the supplies was less than we expected, and the work was done sooner than scheduled (due to the fact that our vacation time was running out). Mike arrived right on time. He worked all day completing the job by late afternoon. He did a fantastic job. Very professional and courteous. The bathroom was cleaned up and all debris removed.
