+ -1 moreI have contacted Mario twice and received a call back quickly one time and 2 days later the other. It is difficult to communicate with the crew unless Mario is there but they are willing to try and figure out what you want - like please don''to cut the grass in this spot for a few weeks as we just seeded. The crew cleans off sidewalks, driveway, including the back deck, and I don't have grass in my backyard, so I wouldn't have expected that. I would recommend Mario's.

+ 0 moreAll the work is done quickly and efficiently. Edging and mowing is done weekly. I am very satisfied.
Description of Work: Mario's comes once a week to mow and edge. They are very good and punctual about this. The only mild complaint I would have is that communication sometimes isn't that good. For example, in the spring they sent out a paper that I could check off things I would like to have done and one thing was ignored. Not a big problem, as I could have followed up but decided to let it go. Having lived in Tx. for 35 years, I am pretty ignorant about lawn and yard care here and would like it if they would give me more suggestions. But overall I am really happy with them, and would reccommed and continue to use them. For the Spring work they aerated, cleaned gutters,fertilized, trimmed bushes, mulched and Spring clean up.

+ -1 morewent fine, was hoping yard would be edged better and one of our new vines planted was taken out w/ the weed wacker. Price of the service was reasonable and they performed all tasks described.
