First impressions didn't go far in my case. I called this company and promptly received a call back from Brenda in the office and set up an appointment. Jesse seemed like a good guy, showed up on day/time we agreed to look at my job. He came out to my house and gave me a good estimate but not the least expensive. I decided to go with him and scheduled a Sunday we agreed to after which I began staging other work that was dependent on him finishing the work we discussed. After a heavy rain on Saturday, I called the office to find out the timing for Jesse and crew on Sunday. I was told they would call me on the way. After a few hours on Sunday, I called again and told they were running behind due to the rain the day before. They never showed, or called. One week, now a second and...RADIO SILENCE. He never showed, called or indicated another time. I've called him every day at both numbers they gave. Really screwed up my plans. I took off a day of work to be there for him on the scheduled day and I can't even get an explanation or a game-plan going forward. Wish I would have seen the reviews on YELP before calling this company.

Jesse H. does a good job with landscape jobs. He sometimes does not come when he says he will and I need to call again but then he comes to do the work. Other than this small negative, overall I'd recommend his services. I've used Jesse H. several times in the past and I've always been pleased once the work is completed.

It went great! Jesse is very courteous and professional. I discussed everything I wanted done the week before and he did not miss a single detail when performing the work. I didn't want to pay him his full fee until the following day when he filled the holes in my gravel driveway. He assured me I could trust him, so I paid him. When I arrived home the following day, the driveway looked great!! Jesse is a man you can trust.

The crew arrived at the time Jesse said they would...tho the timing was not determined at the time of the estimate. I did have to call to ask when they'd be able to come. Otherwise all went well and they worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The trees are doing well 6 weeks after planting.
