Dr. House Remodeling

Reached out to Chris regarding a frame sill repair along one side of my garage. He asked qualifying questions and for pictures of the project, the back and forth communication was great and he was about to fit me in a few days time. Once they started the project he walked me through the scope of work. They replaced the rotten 2x4â s with new PT boards, sisters it to the existing studs and anchored it to the concrete very well and at multiple points. Thanks again Chris!

Everyone who owns a home (and who likes to do repairs or improvements) is familiar with the stress of trying to find first of all someone with good reviews, second when you finally find someone that there is good/clear communication, third, reliability/punctuality, fourth an doable timeframe, fifth a reasonable price...and sixth and final (and probably most important) is the quality of the work done. Dr. House is great handyman resource who fixed the aluminum tiles on our eaves, but can do many home jobs. He exhibits what you want from a handyman : good communication skills, good craft and a fair price. Please use him on your next small home project.

It is really hard to find someone who you trust right off the bat. The best way to describe our experience would be to say we would hire Chris and his team for ANY project (and we will)!

Excellent work! Very professional with terrific attention to detail. Chris took down my plantation shutters, painted and repaired them in his shop, returned and re-installed them. They look like new!

We hired Chris to do a large staircase with very high ceilings. They were impressively fast and the quality of work was amazing. We also had them drywall and prepare a wall in order to mount a TV above a fireplace. And it turned out perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks. Also, his pricing was reasonable, they were right on time everyday, and he was great guy to work with!
