+ -1 moreAt first, it appeared all was well, in fact, Matt was in my area and he come to my home and set the computer up. However, after he left I realized that this computer tower does not have enough ports to allow me to attach my existing printer. I called and left messages about this twice, and have received no response. Also, now that I've had the computer for approximately six months, I am discovering that the keyboard that came with it is VERY cheap. The keys often stick, and one of the legs for propping has already broken off.
Description of Work: I went in to have a computer repaired, but instead bought a new one from Matt.

Description of Work: An old laptop needed repair of a broken cover. Once the part was found service was done immediately to get out computer back in shape. We are very grateful - and were not charged an arm and a leg.

+ -1 moreI took a desktop computer in for an estimate due to a malfunction (would not boot). Matt's PC found the problem (defective mother board) and called to report the estimated cost for repair. They gave me several alternatives, such as repair vs. replacement, and an accurate estimate for the repair. I picked up the computer at the agreed upon time, for the agreed upon price. Now the computer works even better. They also saved informatio I had stored on the hard drive that I may have otherwise lost. I will use their services again.
