Description of Work: I called regarding an estimate. He cancelled and we rescheduled. Told me he would give an estimate in a few days. I called back in a week and he promised a written estimate in 2 days. It is about 5 weeks later and still no estimate. I am assuming that if he couldn't deliver on a simple estimate, we would never get the actual work done.
