It was AMAZING. I have never worked with a plumber as good as Walter and his team. They were professional and EXTREMELY accommodating. Walter himself values customer satisfaction higher than any contractor I have ever worked with. Two examples bear this out: first, during the main work there was some question about whether the proposed approach would work. Walter worked closely with the city to assess options, and laid out the options to us so we could make the decision on the approach that would work best for us. Walter himself stayed on-site to meet with the inspector after the plumbing work was done to personally ensure that everything went well. Second, at one point Walter forgot to mention that the under-mount sink would need to have bolts installed by the countertop granite people before he arrived. As a result, the scheduled plumbing work for the sink couldn't proceed. Walter took full responsibility for this (which really wasn't necessary -- it was a miscommunication on my, his, and the granite people's parts), personally arranged for his own granite person to correct the error, and re-arranged his team's schedule to finish the job on a Saturday. To put icing on the cake -- not only did he not charge us for the granite or weekend work, but he actually waived the labor charge for the sink installation, saving us hundreds of dollars, all because he wanted to make sure we were happy customers. I have never had a better plumber, and I will never use a different plumber again so long as I live in the North Chicago area.

Excellent. They showed up on time and did the work quickly. Mr. Zuniga explained what was going on, and showed me the final results before closing up each catch basin.

Mr. Zuniga's office was friendly, and courteous. They came out quickly, and we were very happy about the price. He was very informative on what needed to be done, and felt the price for the job performed was great, compared to other estimates.
