Zippy Shell Moving and Storage - Chicago

So far so good. The storage cage within the Zippy Shell trailer was easy to load. All the staff I dealt with, locally and in Washington DC, were friendly and helpful. I expect the intermediate delivery of the stage cage and retrieval of some of the furniture to go well.

Great service! Process was simple from beginning to end. Dale was easy to work with and found us the storage we needed.

It went very smoothly! We used a company that was recommended by them for packing/loading into the Zippy shell.

From beginning to end, the entire experience was that of "5 star service"! Their professionalism, promptness, friendliness and compassion is more than one would expect from a company as such, but it's rare and refreshing. For something as stressful as decluttering, packing and/or moving, Zippy is sure to make their part of the deal stress-free. This company has integrity when it comes to valuing the customer, period!

They picked up the pod yesterday. Everyone has been great. I felt they were a lot cheaper than U-Haul and Pods. They have been almost overly responsive. They provided us with superb customer service. I plan to use them again if I need another pod.

Zippy Shell was easy and convenient. They parked the trailerright in front of my house, loaded it up with my Xmas decorations and took offin less than an hour. My garage looks good as new and I don’t have to look atall those boxes until next fall! Last year I made multiple trips to the storagefacility…this year they came to me. The driver (George) came early, brought adolly and helped me open/close/lock the storage unit and was very friendly.Definitely recommend to anyone who needs some extra space and doesn’t want todeal with going to/from a normal storage locker.

Zippy Shell acquired the necessary parking permit for the day and parked the truck right in front of my seller's house. They arrived on time and the driver and movers were extremely professional. Everything went perfectly well. The truck showed up fully equipped with bubble wrap, tape and other items (for a small cost). My seller did not need to use these items, but it was a thoughtful added convenience. I am a real estate agent in the city and I think Zippy Shell is a perfect solution for clients and gives that added piece of mind right before a closing. For instance, if anything goes wrong at a closing and all your belonging are loaded on a traditional moving companies truck, you are in a terrible predicament. If you belongings are loaded on a Zippy Shell truck, they can take it to offsite storage until the closing commences. That is priceless! Also, we all know that clutter-free staged homes sell faster and for top dollar. Once again, Zippy Shell can provide the off site storage solution until your home sells. When you are ready, give them a call and they will drive your container to your new home. I highly recommend this company.

After researching several companies, we realized there is NO other option like this available in the city. The fact that the shell is brought to you, stored, then brought back to you when you need it, is so convenient. Saved us a ton of time and money. Customer service is suburb! From the confirmation calls/ emails to the follow up to let us know the shell arrived safely at the warehouse, there was exceptional communication. The shell was much bigger than I expected too. We will definitely be using Zippy Shell for all our moving/storage needs in the future!
